At Hau Giang, according to a new dispatch of the Provincial People's Committee, SOJO Hau Giang - Vi Thanh City hotel project (one of the key projects of TEC Corp receiving the general contractor in 2021), has also gradually reopened operations to the "new normal" state.

However, in order to ensure safety and meet the set schedule, the project management board has also come up with appropriate construction organization plans, promoted the progress, and at the same time, ensured compliance 5K during construction. Currently, T.E.C Corp. is implementing construction to floor 6th and completing unfinished work on lower floors.

During the project implementation process, although many times had to interrupt construction, faced many difficulties and challenges due to the influence of Covid 19, but as a General Contractor with proven capacity in practice, TEC Corp. is making efforts and determined to bring the project back as soon as possible to meet the trust of the investor.

Today, September 8th, 2021, T.E.C Corp continues to accompany Novaland Group (Investor) , completely handover the Resuscitation and Emergency Department of The Field Hospital No.11 at R4 Apartment Building, Resettlement area with 38.4 ha, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCM City.

The Resuscitation and Emergency Department is a "red" area that plays an important role in the process of receiving and treating Covid-19 patients, so that it is required fully equipments, well-ventilated environments, and fully infrastures and quick completion time to reduce the pressure of accepting new patients, especially in the situation that the number of F0 severe changed is still increasing daily. In that spirit, T.E.C Corp strived and tried our best to complete the project safely and with the best quality.

The Resuscitation and Emergency Department is in The Field Hospital No.11 – has been in operation since July 18th,2021, is under the direction of Children’s Hopital 2 (HCM City) with 5.500 beds, is responsible for collecting, treating and taking care of all new cases detected through screening tests in high-risk areas in the community and symptomatic F0 cases. The hospital has received and treated more than 5.400 patients. Currently, this hospital is treating 1.867 patients and has discharged 3.421 patients and has moved to the upper floor 113 patients.

The fight against Covid-19 in Saigon has entered its third month and the number of F0 cases is still increasing daily. With the goal of continuing to reduce the pressure on the number of patients on the upper level hospitals, T.E.C Corp received the trust from the investor - Novaland Group – is assigned to construct and complete the expansion of the field hospital Trung Vuong at No. 266 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 14, District 10, HCM City.

This morning,  T.E.C Corp September 7th, 2021, T.E.C Corp held a simple groundbreaking ceremony with the presence of representatives of the field hospital, investor, and concerning agencies. The construction site is located next to the field hospital Trung Vuong is treating more than 1.000 F0 cases so that the possibility of infection is extremely high, but T.E.C’s “Soldiers” T.E.C Corp always keep an optimistic and determined stance to bring the project to the finish line on schedule.

The construction site with 680m2 is in the field hospital Trung Vuong – has been in operation since the end of June 2021, has 1.000 beds and 900 medical professionals and supporting staff, operates on the basis of requisitioning the infrastructure of Trung Vuong Hospital, is under the direction, management and administration of the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of HCM City and under the professional direction of the Department of Health.

Today, September 1, 2021, T.E.C Corp handed over successfully the project of renovating construction and MEP of intensive care Covid unit of the field hospital No.3 in Binh Khanh resettlement area, Thu Duc City.

This field hospital has been in operation since the beginning of July 2021 with a scale of more than 2.500 beds and has had 2.514 discharged patients. When it first started operating, the hospital only received the first floor of the 5-storey treatment tower (infected without symptoms). However, after a period of time due to the increase in the number of infections, the Department of Health of HCM City allowed the field hospital No.3 to collect and treat patients on the 2nd and 3rd floors (with symptoms and signs of severe change) to reduce the pressure for higher level hospitals.

Intensive care Covid unit was renovated from a parking lot of 1.400m2, with a scale of 200 beds by T.E.C Corp within 10 days and had full facilities and necessary specialized medical equipment for patients with signs of good improvement and gradual recovery. There is a team of doctors and nurses to monitor regularly before deciding who to discharge.

After 2 weeks of hard renovation "speedy", this morning, T.E.C CORP handed over The Field Hospital Thang Loi for the authorities to take over. The handover ceremony took place simply and quickly with the participation of the Investor – Novaland Group, representatives of agencies and representatives of T.E.C. contractor.

Project information: The project is located at 02 Truong Chinh Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, directly under Hue Central Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, with a scale of up to 4000 ~ 4300 beds on an area of land up to 22,800 m2, dedicated to treating and isolating people infected or suspected of being infected with Covid-19.

This field hospital has been in operation since the beginning of July 2021, with a scale of about 4.000 beds, has successfully treated many Covide-19 patients. Now, T.E.C Corp continues to be assigned to renovate, repair and expand this hospital campus. We are proud to have the opportunity to contribute to the fight against the epidemic of HCM City in particular and the whole country in general.

The heavy rain of the past few days did not reduce the morale of the T.E.C warriors. On the other hand, T.E.C’s Board of Directors closely cooperates with the authorities to properly and fully implement 5K, “3 on the spot” and test Covid periodically for workers directly at the construction site.

At Phu Quoc, although Covid-19 situation is not as stressful as it at Saigon, the construction at the Shophouse Boutique Melodia Phu Quoc Project (belong to the Sun Premiere Village Kem Beach Resort at Bai Kem developed by SunGroup) still face many difficulties in arranging personnel, transporting materials and implementing epidemic prevention plans according to the directive of the Prime Minister.

With the goal - relieving pressure of Covid-19 treatment in HCM City and the spirit of solidarity against the epidemic “like fighting enemy”, this morning, T.E.C’s Board of Directors was present at the site to implement the plans and direct construction teams to quickly meet the schedule to put the hospital into operation soon.
