The project has a scale of 249 hectares, of which land for the tourist center is 32.4 hectares; resort land nearly 50 ha; forest land 71.6 ha; Vung Bau canal land 45.6 ha; land for infrastructure area 52.5 ha. Once completed, the project is capable of serving about 4,000 guests

One of the key projects of T.E.C Corp - SOJO HAU GIANG HOTEL has "changed new clothes", standing in the center of Vi Thanh city, contributing to the renewal of Hau Giang province, and is gradually entering the basic finishing steps and the final landscape part to go into acceptance test, handover and put into use is expected at the end of May 2022.

March 15, 2022, T.E.C Corp held a groundbreaking ceremony at the Binh Chau Onsen project - under the Novaworld Ho Tram project with the presence of the Representative of the Investor - Novaland Group.

T.E.C Corp also gathered personnel and mechanized machines to implement the initial steps for the project. Shophouses built by T.E.C Corp are expected to have an area of 6 m x 22 m, 8 m x 22 m, and are designed based on a combination of traditional and modern Japanese elements. With the terrain of "soft" clay, and quite complex architectural requirements using modern building materials such as large glass walls, in harmony with traditional details, T.E.C Corp has also prepared plan and chosen the best materials to meet the requirements of the project.

After the success of many projects demanded tight progress, T.E.C Corp continues to be trusted by investors - Novaland Group continues to assign the package "Design, construction and basic completion of Shophouse series Binh Chau and Nami boat restaurant” belongs to Binh Chau Onsen project of NovaWorld Ho Tram.

With an ideal location and natural advantages - being the only area inheriting a natural mineral source in the whole South, Binh Chau Onsen project is inspired by mineral spring resorts in the country of cherry blossoms. The Japanese element is evident in the basic designs of Shophouse and the indoor space designs of Nami restaurant. Binh Chau Onsen project is expected to be a one-of-a-kind destination in the entire Southern region in general, and the NovaWorld Ho Tram project cluster in particular.

The area T.E.C Corp received construction with a total floor area of 10,270 m2, including design, construction, completely new construction and renovation of existing houses, T.E.C Corp is expected to bring the project to the finish line at the beginning of 08/2022. With the request of "flash" 45-day progress, T.E.C Corp has been arranging human resources to urgently complete and hand over to investors before the approaching Lunar New Year. The project is now in the final stages of completion.

With an area of more than 540m2 including 1 basement and 3 floors, NovaMedic Clinic is part of a chain of specialized clinics, model of Family doctor, First Aid combined with pharmacy and medical consultation system, which were invested and developed by Nova Healthcare Group. As of September 2021, Nova Healthcare Group focuses on serving residents and visitors at Aqua City, Novaworld Phan Thiet, and Novaworld Ho Tram projects invested and developed by Novaland Group.
