    JOBS DESCRIPTION:

    Support PM, PE: Receive, classify documents, control the form of documents, check data for submission to sign to ensure the correct procedures, processes and regulations of the project and company.

    STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

    JOBS DESCRIPTION:

    Checking quantity, taking off the volume and making quotations for design projects.

    Design structural projects, make quotations to tender.

    Make plans, calculate, manage structural construction projects.

    Coordinate with the Construction Management Department and Project Management Department to provide comments, adjust the construction design and check the volume, construction plan, design of the bid documents.

    Conduct technical drawing implementation.

    Implementation of construction drawings according to the plan.

    Make explanations, calculate, deploy drawings of structural parts and other works related to structural design of works.

    Assist in checking and accepting documents for completion and handover of work.

    Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Work at the Representatives Office or at site (according to the company’s dispatch order)

    Graduated from University majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction/ Construction Engineering or related majors.
    At least 1-2 years’ experience in the same position, have knowledge about structural design of civil and industrial works and checking quantity, taking off the volume.

    		Proficient in Autocad, MS office and other software to support professional work

    Class II or higher structural design practice certificate is an advantage.

Good communication skills, ability to analyze, evaluate and handle situations.

    CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

    JOBS DESCRIPTION:

    Organizing the implementation of the general management and administration of the Site Commanding Board, including: proposing, implementing, inspecting, monitoring, evaluating, adjusting in accordance with the actual practice at the construction site...

    Making lists, organize and guide the staff in the establishment and management of systems, procedures and forms to manage the safety, quality, schedule, financing of the project.

    Manage progress, technique, volume and quality of construction at the construction site.

    Working with investors, supervision consultants to make and submit to sign acceptance and acceptance minutes, minutes of volume generation, preparation of as-built documents, acceptance and finalization of works.

    Confirm completed volume for groups, teams, departments.

    Participating in the completion of as-built documents, payment and settlement records, quality records and other related documents.

    Organize the construction of site reports at the request of the company.

    Implement and control measures to ensure occupational safety, industrial hygiene, fire prevention and safety for construction items.

    Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

     

    		 REQUIREMENTS:

    Graduated from college/ university majoring in construction, possessing all relevant certificates: certificate of construction supervision, certificate of professional command of commanders and other certificates if any.

    At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

    Aged between 28-35 years old.

    Proficient in organizing construction at the construction site.
