QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION)

JOBS DESCRIPTION:

Survey, design plan and make cost estimate of projects.

Checking and quantity taking off the volume of construction items (structure civil and finishing work)

Control and estimate the actual volume of construction.

Prepare estimates and bid quotations.

Deployment and preparation of bid documents

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng dân dụng và công nghiệp…. hoặc các ngành học khác có liên quan. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 02 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương. Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm chuyên dụng cho dự toán như: AutoCAD, Project, Excel, word, outlook… Biết lập dự toán phần mềm nhà nước (G8).

Skilled in synthesizing and analyzing information, planning and organizing implementation, communicating and coordinating teamwork well, handling problems when problems arise.

Ability to communicate, negotiate, and actively work directly with customers.

Withstand high pressure at work;

Mature, mature, with professional ethics.

 

 Dynamic, enthusiastic, diligent, honest, careful, meticulous and highly responsible at work, with the spirit of supporting colleagues.
