March 15, 2022, T.E.C Corp held a groundbreaking ceremony at the Binh Chau Onsen project - under the Novaworld Ho Tram project with the presence of the Representative of the Investor - Novaland Group.

T.E.C Corp also gathered personnel and mechanized machines to implement the initial steps for the project. Shophouses built by T.E.C Corp are expected to have an area of 6 m x 22 m, 8 m x 22 m, and are designed based on a combination of traditional and modern Japanese elements. With the terrain of "soft" clay, and quite complex architectural requirements using modern building materials such as large glass walls, in harmony with traditional details, T.E.C Corp has also prepared plan and chosen the best materials to meet the requirements of the project.

After the success of many projects demanded tight progress, T.E.C Corp continues to be trusted by investors - Novaland Group continues to assign the package "Design, construction and basic completion of Shophouse series Binh Chau and Nami boat restaurant” belongs to Binh Chau Onsen project of NovaWorld Ho Tram.

With an ideal location and natural advantages - being the only area inheriting a natural mineral source in the whole South, Binh Chau Onsen project is inspired by mineral spring resorts in the country of cherry blossoms. The Japanese element is evident in the basic designs of Shophouse and the indoor space designs of Nami restaurant. Binh Chau Onsen project is expected to be a one-of-a-kind destination in the entire Southern region in general, and the NovaWorld Ho Tram project cluster in particular.

The area T.E.C Corp received construction with a total floor area of 10,270 m2, including design, construction, completely new construction and renovation of existing houses, T.E.C Corp is expected to bring the project to the finish line at the beginning of 08/2022. With this progress, T.E.C is focusing human resources and reasonable construction methods to bring products that not only meet the requirements but also the best quality to customers.

Today, the 7th of Tet 2022, the whole T.E.C family officially started back to work, opening a new year 2022 full of new opportunities and challenges!

After the orientation meeting at the beginning of the year, all members of TEC Corp had a light party of wine and sweets to open spring 2022, in addition, Board of Directors also specially prepared lucky red envelopes for all employees with best wishes for health, good fortune and billions of success! In the hustle and bustle of the last days of 2021, all members of Office Block of Trading - Engineering - Construction Corporation got together to organize an intimate birthday party for the Big Brother of the company: Boss Tran Trung Kien.

Only a few more days until we officially close the year 2021 with many changes, challenges and difficulties. To review the past memorable year together, and as the company's annual custom, on January 22, 2022, T.E.C Trading - Engineering - Construction Corporation performed the incense burning ceremony to celebrate the anniversary of the Construction Industry, combined with the 2021 review meeting and the year-end party to welcome the New Year of the Tiger 2022. The party was held intimately and warmly with all office staffs, construction teams, and most importantly, the presence of representatives of the Investors and Suppliers who have accompanied, supported and cooperated with TEC Corp during the past time.

In the 2021 Year-end & 2022 New Year Party, familiar activities such as the representative of the board of directors speech, opening the wine and toasting were indispensable. The gameshow was full of suspense and quality with a lucky draw program and musical performances that was full of smiles.

Entering an energetic 2022, T.E.C Corp continues to accompany the Investor - Novaland Group for the project NovaMedic Saigon Clinic at 187 Nguyen Van Troi Phu Nhuan City, Ho Chi Minh City.

With the request of "flash" 45-day progress, T.E.C Corp has been arranging human resources to urgently complete and hand over to investors before the approaching Lunar New Year. The project is now in the final stages of completion.

With an area of more than 540m2 including 1 basement and 3 floors, NovaMedic Clinic is part of a chain of specialized clinics, model of Family doctor, First Aid combined with pharmacy and medical consultation system, which were invested and developed by Nova Healthcare Group. As of September 2021, Nova Healthcare Group focuses on serving residents and visitors at Aqua City, Novaworld Phan Thiet, and Novaworld Ho Tram projects invested and developed by Novaland Group.

This morning, December 25, 2021, the GENERAL CONTRACTOR T.E.C Trading - Engineering - Construction Corporation (TEC Corp) AND the Investor - TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company held a successful topping-out ceremony for SOJO Hau Giang Hotel project in Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province.

This topping-out ceremony marks a new milestone of the project: moving to the stage of accelerating construction, completing the fire protection system, mechanical and electrical systems and other internal utility items to ensure to ensure handing over in accordance with the commitment. At the same time, it also marks a turning point affirming the brand name of T.E.C Corp in the role of General Contractor of the project.

The ceremony took place successfully under the clear blue sky and pleasant atmosphere of Christmas with full of representatives of the Investor, supervision consultant, T.E.C Corp.'s Board of Directors, and all employees at the construction site. At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Trung Kien - General Director of TEC Corp had a couple of words to share: "The year 2021 with many events, activities and the general situation of society which are not very favorable during the construction process is coming to an end. However, the Sojo Hau Giang project is still excellently completed close to the schedule and is gradually reaching the finish line.
