March 15, 2022, T.E.C Corp held a groundbreaking ceremony at the Binh Chau Onsen project - under the Novaworld Ho Tram project with the presence of the Representative of the Investor - Novaland Group.

T.E.C Corp also gathered personnel and mechanized machines to implement the initial steps for the project. Shophouses built by T.E.C Corp are expected to have an area of 6 m x 22 m, 8 m x 22 m, and are designed based on a combination of traditional and modern Japanese elements. With the terrain of "soft" clay, and quite complex architectural requirements using modern building materials such as large glass walls, in harmony with traditional details, T.E.C Corp has also prepared plan and chosen the best materials to meet the requirements of the project.

After the success of many projects demanded tight progress, T.E.C Corp continues to be trusted by investors - Novaland Group continues to assign the package "Design, construction and basic completion of Shophouse series Binh Chau and Nami boat restaurant” belongs to Binh Chau Onsen project of NovaWorld Ho Tram.

With an ideal location and natural advantages - being the only area inheriting a natural mineral source in the whole South, Binh Chau Onsen project is inspired by mineral spring resorts in the country of cherry blossoms. The Japanese element is evident in the basic designs of Shophouse and the indoor space designs of Nami restaurant. With an area of more than 540m2 including 1 basement and 3 floors, NovaMedic Clinic is part of a chain of specialized clinics, model of Family doctor, First Aid combined with pharmacy and medical consultation system, which were invested and developed by Nova Healthcare Group. This morning, December 25, 2021, the GENERAL CONTRACTOR T.E.C Trading - Engineering - Construction Corporation (TEC Corp) AND the Investor - TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company held a successful topping-out ceremony for SOJO Hau Giang Hotel project in Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province.

This topping-out ceremony marks a new milestone of the project: moving to the stage of accelerating construction, completing the fire protection system, mechanical and electrical systems and other internal utility items to ensure to ensure handing over in accordance with the commitment. At the same time, it also marks a turning point affirming the brand name of T.E.C Corp in the role of General Contractor of the project.

The ceremony took place successfully under the clear blue sky and pleasant atmosphere of Christmas with full of representatives of the Investor, supervision consultant, T.E.C Corp.'s Board of Directors, and all employees at the construction site. At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Trung Kien - General Director of TEC Corp had a couple of words to share: "The year 2021 with many events, activities and the general situation of society which are not very favorable during the construction process is coming to an end. However, the Sojo Hau Giang project is still excellently completed close to the schedule and is gradually reaching the finish line. Yesterday morning, October 29, 2021, the Intensive Care Unit for Covid 19 patients - Trung Vuong Hospital - built and completed by T.E.C CORP - was officially inaugurated and put into use with a scale of 50 sickbeds, including 42 intensive care beds. With the new model of "separating" the hospital with an isolated entrance to ensure safety, Trung Vuong Hospital has disinfected the environment and gradually restored its function: it is expected to simultaneously receive patients infected with Covid-19 and not infected with Covid-19 from November 1, 2021! Doctor Nguyen Van Vinh Chau, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, stated that the split model of Trung Vuong Hospital is very suitable for the strategy of adapting to nCoV in the new situation.

Also at the ceremony, the representative of Trung Vuong Hospital - Doctor Le Thanh Chien thanked all staffs of T.E.C Trading - Engineering - Construction Corporation for not afraid of difficulties and dangers in order to quickly complete the project on schedule!

The intensive care unit for Covid-19 patients is the last "battlefield" of T.E.C CORP in the work of "Establishing a field hospital - Defeating Covid the enemy". The project was built on the 560 m2 large parking area of the hospital, started from September 7, 2021 and completed the basic construction after only 4 weeks of construction. Up to now, the basic department has been completed with all the necessary equipment to treat Covid-19.

On the evening of October 22, 2021, The Site Management Board coordinated with The Project Management Board of Construction Investment of The Owner (TNH) to conduct a thorough measurement, calculation, final overall inspection and decided to proceed to pour the 6th floor floor of the project - SOJO Hau Giang Hotel.

This project was started construction from the end of 2020 by T.E.C Corp - as the General Contractor. After 1 year of many difficulties in terms of human resources, construction time and materials, TEC Corp still maintained the progress, mobilized human resources to be on duty continuously at the project, closely coordinated with The Owner and proactively offered many options to rush to complete and replace delayed items. This is a remarkable effort of the entire The Site Management Board at the present time.

Sojo Hau Giang Hotel is the 8th hotel in the smart hotel chain SOJO Hotels that will develop in all provinces and cities of Vietnam by TNG Holdings. Located in the center of Vi Thanh city, the project promises to contribute to creating a new development for this young city. With the goal of catching up with the upcoming restarting tourist season, the Board of Directors and The Site Management Board at the project are putting all their efforts to accelerate the progress of putting the project into use soon.

After 3 months of suspending construction activities at projects to prevent epidemics, TEC Corp restarted with good news : We continue accompanying the main contractor - (Dinh Cao Corp.) to implement Chiller and BMS in the project of building and completing TLD factory in Hi-Tech Park, Thu Duc City.

The project located in the "hot" area is a magnet that attracts a lot of domestic and foreign investment. We understand this project’s importance and always prioritize quality first! With the completion schedule within 6.5 months, T.E.C Corp has come up with many clear plans and closely coordinated with Dinh Cao Corp, ensuring the project will be on schedule.
